We are excited to announce the launch of the WIIS POLAND – NGC Young Female Leaders in Security Mentoring Program 2024-2025! This initiative invites ambitious female students and recent graduates from Polish and Ukrainian universities to join us in shaping the future of international peace and security.

Building on the success of the inaugural program in 2022 and the impactful 2023-2024 edition, we are thrilled to continue our partnership with Northrop Grumman Corporation, the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, the European Academy of Diplomacy, and the Warsaw Security Forum. Together, we reaffirm our dedication to fostering gender diversity in international security, defense, and peace studies.

Our mission is to equip the next generation of female leaders with the skills, knowledge, and connections essential for success. This program will connect 15 promising students with 15 experienced mentors, offering individualized guidance, training sessions, study visits, and the opportunity to attend the Warsaw Security Forum 2025.

In addition to a strong educational focus, our program emphasizes networking, with participants gaining access to key defense and security events to broaden their perspectives and professional networks.

The WIIS POLAND – NGC Young Female Leaders in Security Mentoring Program 2024-2025 is fully funded, ensuring accessibility for all participants.

Applications are now open—apply today to be part of this transformative experience!
