Anastasiia comes from Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, Ukraine. Since 2011 lives and works in Poland. Ph.D. is a Practitioner in Residence in the National Security Department at the University of New Haven, where she teaches such courses as the U.S. Foreign & Defense Policy and International Relations. Formerly a Fulbright scholar from Ukraine, and most recently a scholar at Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, D.C., she has dedicated her research to the study of conflict management and identity politics in eastern Europe, focused on domestic and foreign policy of Ukraine. An eastern Ukraine native, Dr. Lennon has been a regular participant in scholarly and media forums related to issues in Ukraine, facilitating a more informed and objective analysis of the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian war. She also serves as an election observer with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and has completed several election observation missions in the region. Her work appeared in Foreign Affairs, The National Interest, Demokratizatsiya, Eurasian Geography and Economics, and other outlets.

She is interested in international organizations, mainly NATO (she wrote her thesis on this organization), but her interests also include foreign service and diplomacy.

Security researcher from Indonesia currently focusing in Cyberterrorism. Starting her academic journey as an International Relations graduate, concentrating in Security and Defense Studies and continued to MA Religions in Asia & Africa at University of Warsaw. She published several journal articles in maritime security and defense diplomacy, featured in Indonesian defense magazine and a contributor for a national-published book, “The Multi-Perspectives of Indo-Pacific Region,” that was published in 2021. Isti Marta is also actively involve in data analysis, cybersecurity, cloud-computing and fundamentals IT training, courses and certifications. Klaudia Dywel

Graduated with a master’s degree in Ethnolinguistics. She studied Hindi and English during her undergraduate studies, and Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic) and English during her graduate studies. She devoted her master’s thesis to the textual image of Indian women in Polish literature, through which she described the stereotypes operating in Polish language concerning Indus women. As an ethnolinguist, she is particularly interested in the reciprocal influences of language on culture, how words condition our perception of reality, and especially how we describe representatives of foreign cultures. Her areas of expertise include the study of word discrimination, the language of persuasion and the translation strategies used by translators to alter the original message. Her expertise is currently applied to international relations, as she is associated with the office of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship in the international and interregional cooperation desk, where she organizes meetings with representatives of embassies in Poland and maintains and develops contacts with representatives of foreign regions.

Katarzyna Kurkiewicz

She concentrated during her bachelor’s studies on political trust, the gender gap, and the devolution process in Scotland (implications of the decision to leave the EU). In addition, comprehensive relations between the United Kingdom and European Union, after Brexit. Holds a certificate from Pompeu Fabra University. Have acquired knowledge regarding Brexit and the current challenges that the European polity is facing. At the moment, she is doing her master’s at Newcastle University, in European Union Studies. Mainly focuses on external relations of the EU in the Middle East, the EU Single Market, and the European Central Bank. She is preparing her dissertation in terms of women’s representation in diplomacy and external relations in the context of the EU in the Middle East. In addition, she holds a certificate from the ‘Global Diplomacy – Diplomacy in the Modern World’ University of London. Her work appeared in External Relations of the EU, Political trust in Democratic states (mainly EU), gender gap, politics of the EU and other branches of knowledge.

An Aerospace Engineer specializing in Avionics graduate from the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. She works as a Software Systems Engineer at Boeing where she is responsible for creating, analysis and management of software and hardware requirements of avionics systems. Her areas of expertise include systems engineering, certification of avionics systems and aerospace engineering especially UAVs, about which she wrote her master’s thesis, for which she received the award from the Rector of the Military University of Technology and graduation with honors. On a daily basis she works in the area of commercial airplanes, but she is also familiar with projects in the military area due to her previous work at the PIT-RADWAR S.A. arms company, where she was working on the military IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) systems.
