On January 11, 2024, Professor Katarzyna Pisarska proudly inaugurated the program at the esteemed Northrop Grumman headquarters in Warsaw, Poland. Following the success of the edition in July 2022, this phase welcomes 15 exceptional female participants, each benefiting from dedicated support and guidance provided by accomplished mentors. Over the course of 10 months, the program will encompass tailored mentoring, enriching training sessions, and insightful study visits, concluding with the participants’ active engagement in the prestigious Warsaw Security Forum 2024.
