We are pleased to announce the launch of the WIIS POLAND – NGC Young Female Leaders in Security Mentoring Program 2023-2024. As organizers of the program, we invite aspiring female students and graduates from Polish universities to join us in shaping the future of international peace and security.

After a successful debut in 2022, we are pleased to continue our partnership with Northrop Grumman Corporation, the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, the European Academy of Diplomacy and the Warsaw Security Forum, reaffirming our commitment to promoting gender diversity in the study of international security, defense and peace.

Our goal is clear: to empower the next generation of female leaders with the necessary skills, insights and contacts. The program will pair 15 talented female students with 15 experienced mentors, offering tailored guidance, training, study visits and participation in the Warsaw Security Forum 2024.

In addition to education, our program emphasizes networking. Participants gain access to events related to the defense and security sector, expanding their horizons and networks.

WIIS POLAND – NGC Young Female Leaders in Security Mentoring Program 2023-2024 is fully funded, so financial barriers do not limit potential.
