The WIIS POLAND – NGC Young Leaders Mentoring Program 2025-2026 marks the fourth edition of this initiative aimed at developing careers of female students, recent graduates and young professionals who are interested in pursuing careers in the fields of international security, defense, and peace studies. The program will connect 15 talented participants with 15 experienced mentors for a 10-month long project that includes individual mentoring sessions, skill trainings, study visits, and participation in the 2026 Warsaw Security Forum. The program will be conducted entirely in English and will feature four skills and competencies training sessions. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend key defense and security sector events, such as the MSPO/International Defence Industry Exhibition, to further deepen their networking and industry insights.
